Cook Time 15 minutes
Total Time 25 minutes
Servings 4 people

Equipment

  • 1 Air Fryer
  • 1 Meat thermometer
  • 1 Fork (optional, for pricking sausages)

Ingredients

  • 4 Chicken sausages

Instructions

  • Pre-Warm the Air Fryer:
Heat your air fryer to a temperature between 350°F and 400°F (175°C to 200°C).
  • Prep Work:
If your chicken sausages are connected, separate them for more uniform cooking. Optionally, use a fork to prick a few holes in the sausages to release excess fat.
  • Duration of Cooking:
Place the separated chicken sausages in the air fryer basket, ensuring they do not touch each other. Cook for approximately 10 to 15 minutes. Remember to flip the sausages halfway through to promote even browning.
  • Assess Readiness:
Use a meat thermometer to check that the internal temperature of each sausage has reached at least 165°F (74°C).
  • Time Adjustments:
For unusually thick sausages, you may need to extend the cooking time. Start checking a bit earlier and add extra time as needed to avoid overcooking.
