Ingredients
  

  • 4 pork chops bone-in or boneless (about 1 inch thick)
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon of onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon of dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon of dried rosemary

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F.
  • Prepare the Pork Chops: Rub the pork chops with olive oil. In a small bowl, combine the salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, dried thyme, and dried rosemary. Sprinkle the spice mixture evenly over both sides of the pork chops.
  • Bake the Pork Chops: Place the pork chops on a baking sheet or in a baking dish. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until they reach an internal temperature of 145°F.
  • Rest and Serve: Remove the pork chops from the oven and let them rest for about 5 minutes before serving. This allows the juices to redistribute throughout the meat.
