- 4 pork chops bone-in or boneless (about 1 inch thick)
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon of onion powder
- 1 teaspoon of dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon of dried rosemary
Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F.
Prepare the Pork Chops: Rub the pork chops with olive oil. In a small bowl, combine the salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, dried thyme, and dried rosemary. Sprinkle the spice mixture evenly over both sides of the pork chops.
Bake the Pork Chops: Place the pork chops on a baking sheet or in a baking dish. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until they reach an internal temperature of 145°F.
Rest and Serve: Remove the pork chops from the oven and let them rest for about 5 minutes before serving. This allows the juices to redistribute throughout the meat.
